Position Overview:
Leads targeted initiatives to support clinical supply savings and value optimization across the organization. Partners with service lines and divisional leaders to align supply strategies with operational goals, focusing on price management and product variation reduction. Supports contract strategy and execution for clinical supplies, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and pricing integrity. Collaborates with strategic business partners to understand priorities and recommend supply-related solutions. Oversees select product standardization efforts and contributes to contract compliance monitoring. Guides the implementation of value analysis and sourcing projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and resource availability. Promotes evidence-based product selection to enhance patient care quality and system value. Provides leadership to a team, supporting performance tracking and professional development aligned with system goals.

Pay Range is $161,616.00 to $258,585.60 / annual salary. Minnesota and Illinois Pay Pay Range is $146,702.40 to $235,060.80 / annual salary.

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health's comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
