Job Details

The Director, Clinical Insights is primarily responsible for utilizing their clinical experience and expertise to manage HCP and pharmaceutical client-facing programs to ensure business requirements and deliverables are met with high quality related to clinical insight offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage project workflow for IntrinsiQ's Clinical Insights offerings, such as specialty provider working groups, clinical impact programs, advisory boards, and clinical contracts
  • Serves as clinical liaison between pharmaceutical sponsors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programs and deliverables
  • Provide clinical expertise and direction with Clinical Insights offerings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the field of oncology, urology, retina and other specialties
  • Develop discussion guide in coordination with pharmaceutical sponsors and moderate working group engagements with specialty providers
  • Work closely with working group chairman to support direction and execution of group initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead the development and delivery of final data reports, executive summaries, and client presentations resulting from Clinical Insights programs
  • Collaborate with IQSS and Cencora business development account leads to identify sales opportunities and prepare proposals
  • Recognize changes in project scope, taking appropriate action with internal team members and the client
  • Demonstrate key knowledge of team projects: clients, business issue(s) objectives, scopes, budgets and timelines
  • Demonstrate understanding of Cencora solutions to execute projects
  • Seek and use customer feedback to improve processes and solutions
  • Adheres to all relevant SOPs and company policies regarding compliance, contracting and ethical firewalls
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned


Education and Work Experience
  • Experience in clinical oncology (RN, APP, PharmD) with strong oncology background and/or other specialty experience preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical industry/consulting in addition to clinical oncology setting a plus.
  • Additional specialty certification highly desired.
  • Completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of 8+ years progressively responsible related experience


Skills and Knowledge
  • Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of particular field of specialization to the completion of significant assignments. Crosses fields. Assignments necessitate advanced knowledge, sufficient to teach others
  • Experience in the development and implementation of healthcare provider-based programs.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in medical writing and presentation of scientific/clinical/technical information.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Good oral communication skills
  • Good written communication skills
  • Good group presentation skills, including capability presentations to prospects with good virtual-based/on-camera presence
  • Good analytical skills

  • Computer software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
