What You'll DoReporting to the VP of Strategy, you will lead a focused, high-impact team of 4 within our Marketing Services division. Your mission is to oversee the architecture and execution of high-performing marketing funnels that turn prospects into investors. This is a "hands-on" leadership role where you will balance high-level strategy with direct mentorship.
The most critical part of your role is two-fold:- Funnel Mastery: You will lead your team in building, testing, and scaling digital marketing funnels that drive measurable results.
- Trust Architecture: You will earn and maintain the trust of our sophisticated client base and internal stakeholders through radical transparency and consistent delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- KPI Ownership: Directly oversee the team's performance against NPS, total capital raised, and ROAS.
- Team Development: Actively coach a team of 4, fostering a culture of accountability, rapid experimentation, and professional growth.
- Strategic Innovation: Continuously Innovate and Simplify our processes to ensure we stay ahead of capital market trends.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with the President of Marketing Services and VP of Strategy to ensure client expectations align with operational reality.
