  • Provide thought partnership on organizational design, sales transformation, and go-to-market strategy

  • Drive execution of global sales priorities and strategic initiatives

  • Monitor key commercial metrics including pipeline health, forecast accuracy, bookings, ARR, expansion, customer retention, and sales productivity

  • Identify execution gaps and partner with sales leaders to improve performance

  • Ensure consistent inspection, accountability, and follow-through across the sales leadership team

  • Support initiatives that improve seller productivity, customer engagement, and operational efficiency

  • Own the operating cadence for leadership staff meetings, pipeline reviews, forecast reviews, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and annual planning

  • Develop executive dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into business performance

  • Track strategic priorities, key decisions, and organizational commitments to ensure timely execution

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve execution, efficiency, and business outcomes

  • Remove organizational friction impacting commercial execution

  • Coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives supporting revenue growth and customer success

  • Foster alignment across global leadership teams operating across multiple regions and time zones

  • Act as an extension of the SVP, representing leadership in meetings and cross-functional discussions when appropriate

  • Coordinate closely with the Executive Assistant to maximize executive effectiveness, ensure seamless execution of priorities, and optimize executive time

  • Support executive communications, leadership alignment, and organizational change initiatives

  • Drive accountability while fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and high performance
