ResponsibilitiesHow You'll Make an Impact- Guide your Business Planning Analysis team to deliver strategic operational and financial insights
- Evaluate and recommend policy changes, updating and distributing departmental procedures as needed
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, model development, and comprehensive financial reporting
- Serve as a liaison between teams to support monthly reporting and forecast trends related to departmental budgets
- Oversee complex data management, reviewing and analyzing information to provide actionable solutions for leadership
- Lead a team responsible for gathering, refining and maintaining business requirements for opportunity to cash order flow across all business lines
- Assign projects, support analysts, review performance and monitor continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure thorough analysis of interdependencies, risks and mitigation strategies impacting new products, services or processes
- Direct cost and metric analysis to inform executive decisions
