  • Drive enterprise-wide initiatives that improve sales productivity, customer engagement, territory effectiveness, and commercial performance.

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
  • Lead a world-class analytics organization that leverages advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and business intelligence to inform executive decision-making.
  • Translate large, complex datasets into compelling business insights, executive narratives, and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop scalable KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, forecasting methodologies, and performance measurement systems.
  • Champion data-driven decision making across the Sales Enablement organization by embedding analytical rigor into business processes.

Leadership
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global team across multiple geographies while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build organizational capabilities in strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, and executive communication.
  • Drive alignment across geographically dispersed teams while maintaining high execution standards.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Influence
  • Build strong partnerships across Sales, Product, Finance, Pricing, Marketing, Risk, Technology, and Operations.
  • Influence senior executives through data-backed recommendations and strategic storytelling.
  • Align diverse stakeholders around common priorities while balancing competing business objectives.
  • Act as the connective tissue across multiple organizations to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

What Success Looks Like
  • Be recognized as a strategic thought partner by executive leadership.
  • Build a best-in-class global analytics and strategy function.
  • Drive measurable improvements in sales productivity and commercial performance.
  • Elevate data-driven decision making across the Sales Enablement organization.
  • Successfully lead multiple high-priority global transformation initiatives simultaneously.
  • Develop strong partnerships across business units while influencing outcomes without direct authority.
