Job Summary**

The Director, Business Operations at Liberator Medical Supply, Inc. will lead strategic operational initiatives, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and optimal performance across various business functions to support the company's growth and mission.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
* Oversee and optimize daily business operations, including but not limited to order fulfillment, customer service, supply chain management, and inventory control.
* Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
* Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and IT departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of business strategies.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
* Evaluate and implement new technologies and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
* Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
* Manage operational budgets and resource allocation effectively to achieve financial goals.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred or 10+ years of vast DME experience at Sr. Leadership levels.
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in DME operations management, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role
* Proven track record of successfully leading and optimizing complex operational processes.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* Demonstrated experience in project management and change management.
* Proficiency with ERP systems and other operational software.
* In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
