Aristocrat is seeking a high-reaching and strategic Director Business Development, Solution Strategy professional to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our sales organization, you will bridge the gap between operations and internal sales support, integrating collaborative efforts across functions into a cohesive narrative. This role is not only an internal connector but also an advocate for market insights, allowing you to build our pre-sales conversations and drive successful business development.
What You'll Do- Act as a business development partner, integrating operations and sales support.
- Synthesize insights from markets including existing contracts, customer experiences, and market trends to inform future solutions.
- Develop and communicate omni-channel programs from pre-sales through post-submission.
- Translate Aristocrat's capabilities across various sectors into compelling messaging for competitive bids and the full business development cycle.
- Serve as the connective tissue across business development, proposals, product, and marketing teams.
- Partner strategically with the marketing function to ensure consistent, data-driven B2B communications.
- Key partner to the proposals team supporting day-to-day bid execution, ensuring solution themes and differentiators are reinforced.
- Support the broader program, as needed, in partnership with internal operations teams.
What We're Looking For- Proven experience in Lottery and business development, sales integration, or a similar area.
- Outstanding knowledge of market trends and customer difficulties.
- Strong ability to translate complex insights into persuasive narratives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional work into cohesive programs.
- Strategic partnership skills to support marketing functions.
- Experience in business development including bid writing and execution.
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay Range$122,500 - $227,500 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
