Full Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Director of Business Development in the Texas area. This seasoned professional will spearhead initiatives focused on expanding partnerships and driving consistent revenue growth. This role involves cultivating new and existing relationships across various sectors that support early childhood and educational development. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex networks, identifying emerging opportunities, and crafting strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term business growth
- Conduct market research and field investigations to identify untapped opportunities
- Lead efforts to explore unconventional avenues for partnership and expansion
- Represent the organization at regional and national forums related to early learning and education
- Perform regular site visits to assess client needs and inform solution development
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
- Participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership
- Monitor policy and funding trends to inform strategic direction
- Build connections with government entities and community organizations to support innovative learning environments
- Launch targeted outreach campaigns aligned with funding cycles and legislative developments

Salary: 115-130k base, with OTE $215-230k (Uncapped commission)
