  • Lead annual marketing calendar development and orchestration of key launch moments, balancing tentpole launches with always-on storytelling to drive sustained demand and business performance.
  • Oversee product and innovation marketing, partnering with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and GTM teams to translate features into compelling consumer value and retail impact.
  • Set marketing strategy for Apparel & Licensing, Parts & Accessories, and Service, driving full-funnel growth while reinforcing the brand as a lifestyle leader beyond core products.
  • Lead strategic partnerships to expand reach, unlock new audiences, and strengthen cultural relevance while ensuring brand integrity and executional excellence.
  • Serve as the central cross-functional leader, aligning Brand, Media, PR, Experiential, Retail, and Dealer teams around clear priorities, toolkits, and execution standards.
  • Own performance measurement and optimization, balancing long-term brand building with measurable commercial outcomes and delivering executive-level reporting on impact and ROI.
