Our client is seeking a Director, Benefits to lead the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise-wide benefits programs across one of the nation's leading healthcare systems. This newly created, senior-level role reports to the Vice President, Total Rewards and offers the opportunity to influence benefit strategy at scale while partnering closely with executive leadership.
