Full Job Description
Overview

Oversees the strategic direction and implementation of the Benedictine Experience.  This includes the operationalization or monitoring of the 7 Enablers and Essential Elements of Benedictine Experience, including the operational excellence of the culinary experience, life enrichment/wellness, and non-clinical housing support and compliance across Benedictine communities.

Responsibilities
  • Monitors and works with communities on Benedictine Experience Enablers to exceed benchmark satisfaction scores, ensuring action plans are in place for outcomes below the benchmarks.
  • Assists in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of support center and community-based culinary, life enrichment/wellness leaders to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Implements standards and best practices for delivering on Benedictine Experience Enablers.
  • Assists community leadership to prepare, manage, and oversee budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensures adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including federal and state licensing requirements.\
  • Partners with regional and community leadership teams to ensure the Benedictine Experience aligns with resident expectations and organizational priorities.\\
  • Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.\
  • Performs other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in senior living leadership overseeing operations and ancillary services.
  • Experience managing multi-site operations with oversight for teams and budgets.\
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record that meets Benedictine requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or human service-related degree, healthcare administration, or related field.
  • Preference for a licensed professional, such as LALD, LNHA, Social Work, Nursing, or Therapy.
Salary Range$135,000 - $150,000 Benefits Statement
