Why You'd Love This Job

You will love this job if you enjoy leading complex projects that require both strategic thinking and disciplined execution.

This role gives you the opportunity to influence the full lifecycle of mitigation bank development, from evaluating new opportunities and supporting feasibility work to helping PMs build strong project plans and deliver projects successfully. You will play a key role in strengthening project management practices across your territory, creating consistency, improving tools, and helping teams make better decisions around scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources.

You will help PMs build strong project models and management plans, including work breakdown structures, communication plans, scope management plans, quality plans, risk management plans, procurement plans, reporting requirements, contracts, and sales assumptions.
