Full Job Description
What the day will look like
  • Architect and deploy finance agents that:
    • Orchestrate intercompany workflows, reconciliations, and exception management
    • Perform close diagnostics, anomaly detection, and preparer-reviewer support
    • Enforce SOX-aligned workflows, approvals, and evidence capture
  • Design agentic workflows integrated with Workday, Databricks, Accounting Center, and reporting tools
  • Translate close policies and accounting logic into executable, governed agent behavior
  • Partner with Controllership, SOX, and External Reporting to ensure agents are audit-defensible and explainable
  • Establish standards for:
    • Agent logging, execution traceability, and override controls
    • Change management and release governance for close agents
  • Contribute to Finance Data Platform governance, including metadata, lineage, and access controls

This is your unique opportunity to lead the design, build, and deployment of AI-enabled finance agents and agentic workflows that automate and govern core close activities, including intercompany processing, reconciliations, variance diagnostics, and SOX-aligned controls. This role owns the agent layer of the close, ensuring speed, integrity, and audit readiness.

Pay Transparency Laws

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $150,000 - $200,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of New York, New York. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
