Full Job Description
As data, advanced analytics and AI become increasingly critical to the organization's performance and transformation, you help shape the future of Personal Services by defining and leading its data, analytics and AI strategy. You're a strategic leader who serves as a trusted partner to sector executives in order to maximize the business value of data, support decision-making, accelerate the shift toward a more data-driven organization and strengthen the sector's overall performance. You provide cross-sector leadership to a wide range of stakeholders and directly influence strategic directions, investments and priorities related to data, business intelligence, advanced analytics and AI. More specifically, you will be required to:
  • Define and lead the data, analytics and AI strategy
  • Develop and advance the sector's strategic vision for data, analytics and artificial intelligence
  • Establish the strategic directions, priorities and roadmaps needed to maximize the business value of data
  • Identify and recommend the investments required to support the sector's ambitions
  • Ensure sector initiatives align with organizational priorities
  • Accelerate the shift toward a data-driven organization
  • Help leaders and teams adopt a culture of data-driven decision-making
  • Lead transformation initiatives that expand the use of data, advanced analytics and AI
  • Influence the evolution of practices, processes and ways of working to embed data in business decision-making

Advance business intelligence and advanced analytics
  • Lead the strategic evolution of the data, analytics and AI ecosystem by maximizing tool adoption and the value delivered to Personal Services
  • Advance analytics capabilities to improve the quality, timeliness and relevance of decision-making information
  • Prioritize and oversee the delivery of high-impact use cases that benefit members and clients, increase revenue, improve operational efficiency and strengthen risk management
  • Promote the use of emerging technologies and AI to unlock new sources of value

Provide strategic, cross-sector leadership
  • Advise executives on the opportunities, challenges, risks and impacts associated with the use of data and artificial intelligence
  • Mobilize business, technology and analytics partners to help the sector achieve its objectives
  • Influence strategic decisions in a complex, highly matrixed environment
  • Ensure consistency across the sector's data and analytics initiatives

Ensure effective data governance
  • Serve as the sector's data steward
  • Promote best practices in data management, quality, accessibility and use
  • Ensure governance practices support the responsible, ethical and effective use of data

  • Knowledge of French is required
