Strategy & Vision
  • Shape NIQ's product roadmap from partner intelligence, connecting what platform and technology partners require to NIQ's product investments.
  • Translate partner needs into NIQ product implications and pressure-test strategic assumptions before they advance to executive decision-makers.
  • Proactively identify solutions, or lead others to solve the most complex, large-scale problems, using methods that think beyond existing solutions, with work guided by business strategy and long-range goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain the AI Commerce Partnership narrative framework across internal and external audiences, and provide functional thought leadership, strategy, and advice on business issues that span organization functions.

Product & Commercial Ownership
  • Obtain and own the product requirements for NIQ's partner-facing strategy, ensuring they match the business case and the commercial structure on the partnership side.
  • Own day-to-day product requirements, translating partner technical and integration needs, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Application Programming Interface (API) integration requirements, into clear specifications for NIQ product teams.
  • Partner with commercial leadership to define partnership scope for NIQ customers and priority partnership deliverables.
  • Lead highly visible multidisciplinary project teams or initiatives that translate partner-facing product requirements into clear direction for NIQ product teams.
  • Own and understand the AI Commerce Product Partnerships financial statements, always understanding the impact of a change against the metrics and being able to report on the numbers with explanatory information aligned with respective stakeholders.

Stakeholder and Executive Leadership
  • Represent partner interests in NIQ product decisions and influence internal and external business and technology issues that have an impact on the business.
  • Negotiate with executive leadership, senior management, customers, and/or vendors to influence strategic decisions on partnership scope and product direction.
  • Represent the partner-facing product strategy in executive and investor communications, including updates to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and inputs to Investor Relations (IR).


Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in product management or product strategy, including time at a major technology or platform company and experience in AI or agentic commerce environments.
  • Strong fluency in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail data ecosystems.
  • A track record of translating partner or customer needs into product requirements that shape what a business builds and brings to market.
  • Demonstrated success influencing strategic decisions with executive leadership and external partners.


Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $110,000 - $180,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
