The Director, Global Aftermarket Parts & Service is a senior leader responsible for driving the global aftermarket business into a high-growth, margin-accretive, recurring revenue engine. This role owns the global P&L for parts and service agreements and is accountable for delivering sustained revenue growth, margin expansion, and lifecycle value across the installed base.

This leader sets and executes global commercial strategy across pricing, channels, and service offerings, strengthening performance in North America and EMEA while accelerating growth in emerging markets. Reporting to the VP, Aftermarket Parts & Service, this role is critical to advancing commercial excellence, distributor effectiveness, and scalable global growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sustained revenue growth and profitability through strong commercial discipline and installed base monetization.
  • Identify and capture new opportunities across parts, service, and lifecycle offerings.
  • Drive alignment to sales targets, strategic priorities, and P&L performance globally.
  • Lead global pricing strategy and governance to ensure competitiveness and margin expansion.
  • Improve price realization and reduce discount leakage through analytics and structured policies.
  • Monitor and manage margins, taking proactive action to protect and grow profitability.
  • Improve customer retention and lifecycle value through scalable global programs.
  • Lead commercial performance across North America and EMEA and scale growth in emerging markets.
  • Optimize distributor and channel performance to improve sell-through and market penetration.
  • Establish clear KPIs, accountability, and alignment with partners and key accounts.

The Salary range for this position is $148,250.00-$191,850.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
