Full Job Description
Position Overview
The Director, Accounts Receivable will lead AR operations for a high-growth business unit. This role will own cash performance, drive process excellence, and modernize the end to end process through technology, automation.

You will lead a team of 10 and partner across Finance, Operations, and IT to build scalable, efficient, and tech-enabled AR processes.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end AR operations: billing, collections, and cash applications
  • Drive cash performance: improve collections, reduce aging and bad debt
  • Build and execute a roadmap for automation and process optimization across AR workflows
  • Partner with IT and Workday admins to implement systems, integrations, and workflow tools that reduce manual work
  • Leverage data and analytics (e.g., dashboards, BI tools) to improve leadership visibility and decision-making
  • Apply predictive insights / AI-enabled approaches to prioritize collections and identify risks
  • Standardize processes and strengthen controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and coach a high-performing team; set clear goals and accountability, including resources in our Global Delivery Center located in India
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and key clients on AR strategy and performance

What You Bring
  • 10+ years in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or related functions
  • 5+ years leading teams (including managers)
  • Proven ability to improve cash performance and operational efficiency
  • Experience driving automation, system implementations, or digital transformation in finance
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or similar
  • Familiarity with workflow/automation tools (RPA or equivalent) and system integrations
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and close processes
  • Experience with Workday or similar AR systems preferred

Location and Workplace Flexibility

In-office work and activities vary based on work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.

While location expectations vary by role, candidates within approximately 50 miles of a U.S. office are generally preferred to support collaboration when needed. Our hybrid approach is flexible, and in-office presence is guided by team and business needs rather than a fixed weekly schedule.

Base Salary Range
$139,000.00 - $176,700.00
