Responsibilities

Team Introduction We support multiple business lines such as Non-China Ad (GBS&TTMP), non-China PICO, Lark monetization, non-China IP licensing and rental income, continuously optimize ways of working to build an automated accounting system in complex and everchanging business scenarios, as well as support global revenue, collection and clients' credit risk management in an all-round way. We are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Global Revenue Management team. This role assists our North America teams and will be responsible for KPI management, exception process management, timely approvals, payment processing, and supporting customers and sales team members. Responsibilities: - Collections & Account Operations: Manage accounts receivable aging for key accounts, assist customers with payment processing (ACH, wire, or online portal), enforce suspension policies, and investigate unidentified payments. - Risk Management & Credit Control: Partner with credit control to identify at-risk accounts, propose solutions, and review/approve account suspensions based on delinquency or risk assessments. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationship with sales, sales operations, billing, and legal teams to resolve account setup issues, address payment risks, and drive best practices in collection procedures. - Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to resolve procedural inefficiencies and ensure timely payments. - Team Leadership & Performance: Oversee offshore collection teams for specified verticals, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and monitor KPIs to maintain high performance standards. - System Optimization & Ad-hoc Projects: Collaborate with corporate engineering to optimize accounting systems, implement new processes, and execute other ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting, with 3+ years of collections experience and familiarity with the North American commercial market and customer habits. - Leadership & Process Management: Proven ability to manage multicultural, overseas teams and experience constructing and adjusting standard operating procedures. - Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate technical accounting requirements for non-technical audiences. - Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and adept at quickly learning new software tools. - Detail & Accuracy: High degree of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and a strict commitment to maintaining confidentiality. - Work Style: Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to take initiative, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and reliably follow through on projects.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $168000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
