Sodexo's growing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Division is seeking a strategic, results-driven Sr. Director, Healthcare Technology Management to lead our partnership with University Hospitals Health System - East Market, supporting several acute care hospitals and multiple ambulatory and outpatient care locations.

This executive leadership role is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and strategic performance of one of Sodexo's premier healthcare technology management accounts. The Senior Director will provide vision and leadership for a diverse portfolio of biomedical and imaging equipment services, ensuring the highest levels of equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across the health system.

What You'll Do

  • Provide executive leadership for Healthcare Technology Management operations across seven hospitals and multiple ambulatory care sites within University Hospitals East Market.
  • Assume full accountability for operational performance, financial management, strategic planning, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance across the assigned portfolio.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team consisting of managers, supervisors, biomedical equipment technicians, imaging specialists, and support personnel.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with health system leadership, clinical stakeholders, physicians, nursing leaders, facilities, IT, supply chain, and vendor partners.
  • Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, continuous improvement initiatives, Lean methodologies, and data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and accreditation standards, including The Joint Commission (TJC), DNV, CIHQ, CMS, and other applicable federal and state requirements.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site HTM operations across hospitals and ambulatory care settings.
  • Strong knowledge of biomedical equipment management, diagnostic imaging technologies, asset management, CMMS systems, and healthcare technology lifecycle planning.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements, including The Joint Commission (TJC), DNV, CIHQ, CMS, and applicable safety standards.
  • Proven executive leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams, mentoring future leaders, and driving organizational excellence.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to establish trusted partnerships with executive leadership, clinicians, and operational stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing large operating budgets, capital planning, forecasting, contract performance, and productivity initiatives.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, critical problem-solving, conflict resolution, and change management capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.


Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.
