Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Director to support a manufacturing client in Salisbury, NC. Oversee multiple buildings, managing in-house maintenance and custodial teams and contracted vendor services to ensure safe, reliable facility operations.

Perform hands-on maintenance, conduct site walkthroughs, manage work orders, coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance, and partner with vendors to ensure reliable facility operations and client satisfaction.

In this high-impact leadership role, you'll oversee the full spectrum of facilities operations at a single site, ensuring efficient maintenance, safety, and reliability across all systems. You'll guide skilled teams, manage key service areas, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive performance, compliance, and operational excellence.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Pay Range: $74290 - $96140

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
