Full Job Description
Sodexo is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to support a large R&D client in Piscataway, NJ. Lead EHS programs, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, manage high-risk and environmental programs, investigate incidents, and drive a proactive safety culture.

Seeking 5+ years of EHS experience in industrial, manufacturing, or IFM settings, with strong regulatory knowledge, contractor safety expertise, and OSHA 30 certification. CSP/CHMM, Gensuite, and facilities or technical experience preferred.

Join a role where you'll champion a culture of safety by guiding the consistent application and improvement of health, safety, and food safety standards across your assigned zone. You'll support the rollout of key safety programs, lead risk assessments and incident investigations, and deliver training that empowers teams to work safely and confidently. Your work will directly enhance operational performance while creating safer environments for employees, clients, and guests.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $89250 - $115500
