  • Maintain detailed equipment records for wellsite tools
  • Support marketing, sales, and promotion of company products and services
  • Enforce safety protocols and demonstrate commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards

Job Description

Join our team as a Directional Drilling Field Specialist and leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver premium directional drilling and downhole services. This hands-on leadership role combines technical expertise with team management, ensuring safe and economical wellsite operations while achieving precise target paths for our valued customers.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise wellsite directional drilling operations to achieve target paths safely and economically
  • Oversee bottom hole assembly (BHA) configuration according to engineering specifications
  • Manage operation, inspection, and maintenance of motors and downhole tools at rig sites
  • Execute Rotary Steerable System (RSS) operations with precision
  • Generate comprehensive daily and final well reports, maintain accurate well profile plots, and provide directional survey data to customers
  • Supervise, mentor, and train directional drilling team members across all experience levels (DD I, DD II, DD III)
  • Collaborate with MWD teams to optimize BHA specifications and engineering parameters
  • Serve as primary communication liaison between wellsite personnel, internal teams, and customer representatives
  • Maintain detailed equipment records for all wellsite tools
  • Support marketing, sales, and promotion of company products and services
  • Enforce all safety protocols, participate in mandatory safety meetings, and demonstrate unwavering commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards


Skills and Education
  • Minimum 2+ years of directional drilling experience required
  • 2+ years of experience as a Driller or Derrick-hand
  • Hands-on experience with Rotary Steerable tools
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Drilling Systems products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively interact with rig-site personnel at all levels
