En tant que directeur adjoint, vous veillerez au succès global des équipes de vente et de service de la succursale. Vous devrez vous assurer que les stratégies d'affaires, les initiatives et les plans individuels sont réalisés de façon à soutenir les stratégies et objectifs d'affaires de l'équipe.

Cette fonction vous convient-elle? Pour ce poste, vous devrez :
  • insuffler et favoriser avec enthousiasme une culture axée sur les clients dans l'ensemble de votre équipe pour approfondir les relations avec la clientèle;
  • contribuer à tisser et resserrer les liens avec les clients actuels et les nouveaux clients en leur offrant des conseils financiers et en assurant le service à la clientèle;
  • favoriser la réussite de votre équipe par le coaching tant sur le plan individuel qu'à l'échelle de la succursale et (ou) de la Banque;
  • mettre l'accent sur les résultats;
  • avoir une relation étroite avec vos employés, vos clients et vos partenaires.


Avez-vous les compétences vous permettant de réussir dans cette fonction? Nous serions heureux de travailler avec vous remplissez les exigences suivantes :
  • Expérience à titre de gestionnaire de personnes et capacité à motiver son équipe
  • Connaissances des services bancaires personnels
  • Expérience en gestion des ventes et capacité à commercialiser la Banque Scotia
  • Aptitudes à bâtir des relations et à mettre l'accent sur la prestation d'une excellente expérience client et la croissance des relations avec les clients actuels de la Banque
  • Permis de vente de fonds communs
  • Réussite de la formation menant à l'obtention du diplôme en planification financière de l'Institut canadien de planification financière (CIFP) ou d'une formation équivalente reconnue par la Banque
  • Accréditation nécessaire pour s'acquitter du rôle de RCSS.
