En tant que directeur de succursale, vous assurerez le succès global de la succursale en travaillant pour atteindre les objectifs financiers en matière de croissance rentable et de préservation du portefeuille des produits et services offerts aux particuliers et aux petites entreprises.

Cette fonction vous convient-elle? Pour ce poste, vous devrez:
  • diriger et former avec enthousiasme une équipe qui bâtit et consolide les relations avec les nouveaux clients et les clients actuels en leur offrant des conseils financiers;
  • contribuer à tisser et à resserrer les liens avec les clients actuels et les nouveaux clients par le coaching, la formation et l'observation;
  • favoriser la réussite de votre équipe par le coaching tant sur le plan individuel qu'à l'échelle de la succursale et (ou) de la Banque;
  • gérer et réduire l'exposition au risque de la Banque;
  • superviser la mise en œuvre des politiques, des pratiques, des initiatives spéciales et des procédures de la Banque.


Avez-vous les compétences vous permettant de réussir dans cette fonction? Nous serions heureux de travailler avec vous remplissez les exigences suivantes:
  • Expérience à titre de gestionnaire de personnes et capacité à motiver son équipe
  • Connaissance des services bancaires aux particuliers et aux petites entreprises
  • Solide expérience en gestion des ventes et capacité à commercialiser la Banque Scotia
  • Aptitudes à bâtir des relations et à mettre l'accent sur la prestation d'une excellente expérience client et la croissance des relations avec les clients actuels
  • Permis de vente de fonds communs
  • Réussite de la formation menant à l'obtention du diplôme en planification financière de l'Institut canadien de planification financière (CIFP) ou d'une formation équivalente reconnue par la Banque
  • Formation nécessaire pour occuper le poste de responsable de la conformité de la succursale
