Le ou la directeur(trice) de succursale est responsable de la gestion globale d'une succursale du réseau Pneus Ratté. En tant que leader, il ou elle assure la performance opérationnelle, la satisfaction de la clientèle et la rentabilité de l'établissement. Cette personne supervise les activités quotidiennes, encadre son équipe et veille à l'atteinte des objectifs financiers et organisationnels de la succursale.

Salaire : entre 38 $ et 40 $ de l'heure / 40 heures par semaine
Conditions d'emploi : Poste à temps plein
Horaire de travail : Matin, Jour
Langue de travail : Français ou anglais

TÂCHES
Gestion opérationnelle et organisationnelle
• Superviser les activités quotidiennes de la succursale et veiller à leur bon déroulement;
• Assurer la gestion des horaires des employés (demandes de congés, vacances, remplacements);
• Planifier et exécuter la maintenance préventive des équipements et signaler les problèmes techniques via l'intranet;
• Effectuer un suivi régulier de la maintenance du bâtiment et compléter la checklist mensuelle;
• Piloter le tableau de bord journalier et analyser les indicateurs de performance financière;
• Préparer les bons de commande et effectuer la vérification mensuelle des inventaires.

Gestion des ressources humaines
• Superviser et encadrer le personnel de la succursale;
• Assurer l'accueil, l'intégration et la formation de base des nouveaux employés;
• Préparer les rencontres de fin de probation en collaboration avec les ressources humaines;
• Maintenir un environnement de travail sain, positif et sécuritaire;
• Encadrer les employés sur l'utilisation professionnelle des outils technologiques.

Service à la clientèle et gestion des plaintes
• Assurer un service à la clientèle exemplaire au sein de la succursale;
• Prendre en charge les cas clients complexes et résoudre les plaintes au besoin;
• Maintenir de bonnes relations avec les clients et assurer leur satisfaction.

Profil recherché
• Expérience significative en gestion de personnel et d'opérations;
• Connaissance approfondi du domaine de la mécanique automobile (un atout)
• Forte orientation vers le service à la clientèle;
• Compétences en gestion financière et en analyse de la performance;
• Aptitude à résoudre des problèmes et à prendre des décisions rapidement;
• Leadership mobilisateur et habileté à travailler en équipe.
