TON MANDAT

Gestionnaire d'équipes multidisciplinaires en activation média, tu piloteras la performance opérationnelle et financière du département, tu assureras la qualité supérieure des livrables, tu développeras les talents, tu intégreras les solutions OMG et tu identifieras les opportunités de croissance. Tu seras le levier stratégique du VP Performance-transformant la vision en action et les défis en victoires.

AU QUOTIDIEN, TU :
  • Piloteras une équipe multidisciplinaire spécialisée en activation média, en assurant une gestion agile et adaptée aux besoins spécifiques des comptes et des mandats numériques ;
  • Garantiras la santé financière et opérationnelle du département, en collaboration étroite avec le VP Performance, notamment pas l'optimisation des processus, la gestion, l'atteinte des objectifs d'affaires et la mise en place d'outils et de solutions innovantes ;
  • Exerceras un leadership mobilisateur auprès de l'équipe, en favorisant le développement des talents, le coaching personnalisé et la création d'un environnement de travail stimulant ;
  • Structureras et optimiseras les équipes selon les exigences des clients, en veillant à la répartition optimale des ressources et à la montée en compétences continue des collaborateurs ;
  • Superviseras la qualité des livrables et veilleras au respect des standards d'excellence de l'organisation, en instaurant une culture d'amélioration continue et d'obsession pour la qualité du produit média et marketing ;
  • Promouvras et intégreras les solutions, capacités et produits d'OMG en fonction des besoins d'affaires ;
  • Développeras et entretiendras des relations solides et durables avec les partenaires internes et externes ;

  • Identifieras, anticiperas et remonteras les opportunités de croissance, les besoins émergents et les risques.


ON VEUT TE CONNAITRE SI TU AS :
  • Un diplôme post-secondaire pertinent (média numérique, administration, marketing, etc.) ;
  • Un minimum de 8 ans d'expérience en médias numériques payants ;
  • Une compréhension approfondie des rôles des différents canaux numériques ;
  • De fortes habiletés managériales et de coaching ;
  • La capacité à développer et entretenir de solides relations ;
  • Un leadership démontré ;
  • Une bonne connaissance des plateformes d'activation numérique (DSP, Business Managers, Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) ;
  • Une aisance avec la suite Office et avec les outils d'intelligence artificielle ;
  • Un bilinguisme français-anglais fluide à l'oral et à l'écrit (L'anglais est un prérequis de base parce que notre réseau mondial transige quotidiennement avec une clientèle d'envergure nationale et internationale.).

YOUR MANDATE

As a manager of multidisciplinary media activation teams, you will drive the department's operational and financial performance, ensure the superior quality of deliverables, develop talent, integrate OMG solutions, and identify growth opportunities. You will be the strategic partner for the VP of Performance-turning vision into action and challenges into victories.

ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS, YOU WILL:
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team specialising in media activation, ensuring agile management tailored to the specific needs of accounts and digital mandates.
  • Ensure the department's financial and operational health, working closely with the VP of Performance, notably through process optimisation, management, achieving business objectives, and implementing innovative tools and solutions.
  • Provide inspiring leadership to the team by fostering talent development, personalised coaching and the creation of a stimulating work environment.
  • Structure and optimise teams according to client requirements, ensuring optimal resource allocation and the continuous skill development of employees.
  • Oversee the quality of deliverables and ensure compliance with the organisation's standards of excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and a commitment to the quality of media and marketing products.
  • Promote and integrate OMG's solutions, capabilities, and products based on business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Manage situations of dissatisfaction or obstacles.
  • Identify, anticipate, and report growth opportunities, emerging needs, and risks.


WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE:
  • A relevant post-secondary degree (digital media, administration, marketing, etc.).
  • At least 8 years of experience in paid digital media.
  • A thorough understanding of the various digital channels and their roles.
  • Strong managerial and coaching skills.
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership.
  • A good knowledge of digital activation platforms (DSP, Business Managers, Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Proficiency with the Office suite and artificial intelligence tools.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written French and English (English is a basic requirement because our global network interacts daily with clients on a national and international scale.).
