A career as an SME Account Manager at Business Flex means being part of a dynamic team surrounded by experts. It also means taking responsibility of business clients who contact Business Flex and referrals received from our partners. Growing the client portfolio while effectively serving SME clients who want to receive advice remotely. Your passion for business development and customer service experience will help you build trust over the phone and develop our small to medium-sized commercial clients. You will quickly be a guide to all their financial projects.

Your job:

Provide an advisory role in line with clients' needs

Analyze credit requests, develop financing scenarios and propose appropriate solutions

Negotiate the terms and conditions of agreements with clients

Apply and follow up on recommendations made by the various specialists at the Bank and its subsidiaries to promote profitable business development

Take responsibility of your personal development, both in terms of developing your skills and your knowledge of the economics of SMEs

Your team:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Flex, you work with a team of 150 experts on a daily basis. 37.5-hour full-time position per week. The selected candidate will work in hybrid mode and will have a presence in our branches in their local market.

Prerequisites:

University certificate, bachelor's degree or master's degree

Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial credit for Relationship Manager positions, and business or personal credit for Account Manger positions

Knowledge of commercial products

Proven experience (more than 5 years) in business development

Knowledge of the healthcare professional network, an asset

Negotiation skills

Ability to communicate effectively and with impact

Excellent ability to work as a team and provide customer service

Ability to work in a constantly changing environment

Proficiency in French, an asset.
