This role translates business priorities into an integrated content supply chain strategy that supports global product launches, omnichannel engagement, and reuse of approved content across markets and brands.

This leader owns the orchestration layer across people, process, data, and technology, with responsibility for standardization, governance, automation, and value realization across the end-to-end content lifecycle. The role requires strong strategic leadership in a highly matrixed, regulated environment, including the ability to influence senior leaders, shape enterprise decisions, lead global transformation, and build high-performing teams that deliver measurable business impact.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 8+years experience leading complex, technology-enabled business transformation in global, matrixed organizations, with demonstrated accountability for enterprise outcomes and cross-functional delivery.

  • Proven success designing, scaling, and governing operating models, workflows, or platforms that improve speed, quality, compliance, and efficiency across an end-to-end process.

  • Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and compliance functions to shape strategy, drive alignment, and manage complex trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated track record leading organizational change, global rollouts, and adoption of new capabilities in regulated environments, including management of risk, dependencies, and value realization.
  • Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams, including coaching leaders and fostering an inclusive, accountable, and growth-oriented culture.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated business environments, including the importance of governance, compliance, and quality.

· Strong leadership presence and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders in a complex matrix.

· Strong change leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire adoption, sustain momentum, and embed new ways of working.

· Inclusive people leader who develops talent, builds trust, and creates an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
