Full Job Description
This job plans administrative, financial, and operational activities for the regional executive team, acts as a point of contact between top management and employees/stakeholders and oversees projects of high importance, providing guidance as needed. Assumes responsibility for regional operations rhythms and strategic execution processes in alignment with system operational standards and leads regional initiatives on behalf leadership. Job Duties 3 Works to increase the bandwidth of the regional leadership in such a way as to concentrate their time, effort, and priorities on operational initiatives. 3 Leads the coordination, implementation and execution of operational rhythms and processes in alignment with system operational standards. 3 Helps to establish accountability across regional teams by making sure appropriate milestones and measurements are built into business and project plans. 3 Drives cross-functional initiatives and monitors the execution of regional change initiatives with senior leadership. 3 Aligns stakeholders on priorities and outcomes through comprehensive communication plans and rhythms. 3 Synthesizes analysis to deliver actionable, insightful, data-driven recommendations to leadership. 3 Serves as liaison to system shared services and support functions on behalf of the region. 3 Performs other related duties as assigned.
