Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of on site with travel to customer locations.
Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and product teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. This leadership position includes the need to maintain our position in the Advanced Electronic Warfare market by developing and executing keep sold strategies and seeking new business opportunities. To accomplish these tasks, the candidate will have the ability to engage and influence the full range of DOW customers from operators to senior decision makers, understand customer "hot buttons", apply strategic filters to assess potential solutions and their business cases, and understand the competitive landscape. A large focus of this position will be developing and executing a robust customer engagement plan. Other responsibilities include leading in-depth reviews of competitors, developing Price to Wins and being the "voice of the customer" to the business capture and program teams.

Required Skills and Education
• A Bachelor's Degree coupled with relevant Industry experience.
• 3 - 5 years experience in a growth or capture role
• Government acquisition experience (USAF)
• Operational time or the ability to translate operational expertise into requirements
