Location: US:WI:MANITOWOC at our FROEDTERT HOLY FAMILY MEM HOSP facility.

Job Summary:

Serves as the health system's representative to facilitate and insure coordinated operations between entities, service lines, and programs co-located at Regional Health Centers (i.e. currently Drexel Town Square Health Center and Moorland Reserve Health Center). Establishes and staffs site-based Operations Committees as a forum to facilitate coordinated communication, site-based policies and procedure coordination and deployment, issue identification and problem-solving. Prepares meeting agendas and minutes. Serves as a liaison between corporate shared services and Regional Health Centers to facilitate the development, implementation, and adherence to standard system practices and policies at these locations.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Five years experience with operations in multiple healthcare or healthcare related settings (may include residency, fellowship or other structured educational roles) is required. Demonstrated Project Management skills will be important for success in this role.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelors degree is required. Masters degree is preferred.
