Full Job Description
As a Creator Operations Graduate, you will be part of our Dine-in Creator Operations team, a great fit if you are passionate about food, restaurants, and discovering the best dining spots. You will be working with our food and lifestyle creators on TikTok GO to drive content growth and commercial performance. In this role, you will support end-to-end creator growth, from activation and content development to campaign engagement and monetisation. You will also be collaborating cross-functionally with Category, Campaign, and Product teams to help scale our dine-in creator ecosystem. - Own end-to-end growth for dine-in creators within TikTok GO, covering activation, content production, campaign engagement, audience interaction, conversion and commercial performance. Design segmented growth strategies for new creators and top-performing food creators. - Analyze creator performance, synthesize data, creator feedback and business targets into actionable guidance on content positioning, storytelling, offer curation and sustainable creator monetization. Build creator training frameworks, playbooks and scalable development programmes. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Category, Product, Campaign and Operations teams. Source high-potential dine-in creator pipeline, drive campaign delivery, collect market insights and propose platform process & product optimizations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or a related discipline. - Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Fast learner with a proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $72200 - $121600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
