About the Team TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It delivers valuable real-life experiences and inspires users to explore the world around them. With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth. Responsibilities: 1. Plan and implement local service dine-in campaign/event strategies based on business goals, ramp up platform resources, such as product, creator, KOL, to guarantee engagement. 2. Responsible for managing the end-to-end marketing campaigns for local services, including budget planning, goal setting, resource allocation, and post-campaign analysis. Good ability to abstract general insights and strategies to support business development. 3. Collaborate with creator operations, product and merchant business development to leverage local service content distribution strategy through platform campaign/events.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Experienced in running end-to-end campaigns tied to revenue, sales, and/or GMV, operations, content marketing, transactional marketing, and experience in lifestyle business/e-commerce. - Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, identify problems, and develop constructive solutions. - Excellent negotiation skills and cross-functional collaboration and integration capabilities. - Clear logic, strong execution ability, strong self-drive, and good creativity.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103360 - $209380 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
