Minimum 5 years working in a Logistics Center or similar high volume environment
Strong communication & decision making skills
Project Management certification a plus
Knowledge of SAP systems preferred

A Snapshot of Your Day
In this Project Management role, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for the successful planning and execution of our site Digitalization roadmap.
You will oversee various project workstreams, engage with internal and external partners, to ensure our goals and objectives are achieved, while minimizing potential risks.
On a weekly basis you will provide a project status that will be shared with Management regarding ongoing progress.
How You'll Make an Impact
Direct and manage project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to the project plan.
Lead and coordinate the work of project team members, including internal staff and external vendors, to ensure a cohesive effort.
Serve as the primary point of communication for all stakeholders, providing regular status updates, and facilitating project meetings.
Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables for the Orion digitalization initiative in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
Establish clear success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project outcomes.
Monitor and report on project progress, risk cost, and timing, comparing actual performance against the planned baseline.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
