Digital Transformation Specialist, Mid
The Opportunity:

Provides advisory services and technical expertise on digital transformation advising initiatives. Applies basic principles, theories, and concepts with limited industry knowledge. Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity and refers more complex issues to higher levels. Works under direct supervision.

Creates and deploys custom applications and workflows in the Microsoft Power Platform, in a low-code and no-code app ecosystem. Uses Microsoft Office 365 tools, automation, and cloud resources to cut down tedious tasks and free up operations experts. Gains experience using product ownership, Agile development, and UX design on a low-code and no-code platform. Coordinates with client-facing change managers and other digital transformation advisors to deploy multiple applications with a common backend. Helps translate their IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.

You Have:
  • Experience using low-code and no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform
  • Ability to support business process analysis
  • Ability to design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications
  • Ability to utilize programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
  • Ability to use low-code and no-code platforms
  • Ability to create solutions in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to develop applications using little to no code and using a low-code or no-code platform to create apps
  • Ability to perform in a high-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Associate's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
