Digital Solutions Architect | Suwanee, Georgia, United States Digital Solutions Architect (Power BI) - Remote | EST/CST About the Role Join a dynamic, fully remote team as a Digital Solutions Architect focused on Power BI in a GxP-regulated CDMO environment. Take ownership of optimizing and future-proofing our Power BI ecosystem, enabling actionable, high-integrity insights and self-service analytics across digital quality platforms. Responsibilities - Optimize and evolve Power BI architecture for robust data ingestion, transformation, and semantic modeling, leveraging sources like TrackWise, SAP, Documentum, and SharePoint. - Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and insightful reports tailored for Quality Management needs. - Define and implement best practices for semantic model design, dataflows, dataset reuse, and gold layer datasets to ensure consistency and scalability. - Establish architectural patterns and enable governed, scalable self-service analytics across the organization. - Provide technical leadership on integration with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and other cloud platforms. - Advise on governance, performance, scalability, and security within a GxP-regulated digital quality environment. - Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, business teams, and stakeholders to align solutions with strategic digital quality objectives. Required Skills and Experience - 8+ years in data and analytics architecture, with at least 3 years designing enterprise Power BI solutions. - Mastery of the Microsoft Power BI stack, including semantic models, dataflows, and Microsoft Fabric. - Demonstrated experience in current-state assessment, future-state blueprinting, and governance playbook creation for Power BI. - Strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity in analytics environments. - Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, governed analytics architectures. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills - Hands-on experience with Azure and Microsoft Fabric integration. - Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and regulatory reporting. - Advanced proficiency in Power Query, Dataflows, and dashboard UX/UI design.
