Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Architect Lead Advisor to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Key Responsibilities Source To Pay Domain Architecture • Design end-to-end Source to Pay solutions across Spend Analysis, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Operations spanning Direct and Indirect categories • Develop BPaaS operating models integrating people, process, technology, and data. • Support large outsourcing and transformation deals through solution design, pricing inputs, and value articulation • Create solution blueprints, operating models, and transformation roadmaps for client engagements • Help build industry-specific finance BPaaS offerings for sectors such as: Manufacturing Life Sciences & Pharma CPG Technology • Develop reusable solution accelerators, reference architectures, and automation frameworks. AI-Native BPS / BPaaS Design • Architect BPS solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms, autonomous workflows, and decision-support systems. • Define data, process, and ontology models in collaboration with engineering, ML, and semantic modeling teams. • Establish reusable domain components that accelerate transformation across F&A clients. Client Engagement & Delivery • Lead discovery sessions to understand client workflows, pain points, and operational constraints. • Present architectural patterns, business cases, and transformation roadmaps to C-level and senior Sourcing, Supply Chain and GCC leaders across Mfg, Pharma, CPG and Tech clients • Drive adoption of AI-native platforms across lines of business, ensuring alignment with compliance, risk, and operational stakeholders Strategic Alignment & Road mapping • Partner with product and engineering teams to align domain priorities with platform capabilities. • Shape long-term modernization roadmaps for banks and wealth institutions, including automation objectives, data strategies, and AI agent orchestration. Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement, with deep exposure to Direct and Indirect Commodity Sourcing and Platform implementations in retained orgs and Global Delivery Centers. • Proven experience designing Agentic Source To Pay models, including target operating models, process redesign, and modernization of customer journeys. • Strong understanding of digital transformation, automation strategies, and BPaaS models within Procurement & Commodity Management Functions • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (LLMs, orchestration frameworks, agentic systems), even if not hands-on. • Comfortable engaging C-level executives, translating complex topics into clear business narratives. • Excellent communication, executive storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • MBA / PMP or equivalent qualification. • 10-15 years' experience in Procurement Transformation, Shared Service Centers (GBS), Consulting, or outsourcing • Understanding of Source To Pay data models, ontologies, and metadata frameworks used in Procurement & Supply Chain functions • Hands on exposure to Procurement Platforms like SAP, Ariba, Coupa et al. • Techno-Functional experience in implementing Procurement Technology solutions across Sourcing, Procurement Operations and Commodity Management Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $149,445 - 276,750. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
