Primary Purpose of JobResponsible for creating, executing, and managing the roadmap for the Bank's online & mobile banking initiatives.
Major Job Accountabilities- Serves as Product Manager for online and mobile banking. Regularly updates the Bank's online strategy to reflect the latest innovations, changes in competition, and shifts in the market.
- Collaborates with Marketing teammates to ensure appropriate brand representation and incorporation of marketing strategies as it relates to online and mobile banking.
- Utilizes customer and channel insights to inform new products, services, and user experiences.
- Provides input into the strategy, design, and optimization of the Bank's website.
- Drives efforts to produce tangible and measurable results to meet departmental and organizational targets/goals.
Experience Required - 3-5 years of marketing or product management experience.
Required Skills or Training- Experience translating business strategy into executional plans.
- Experience in organic and paid search, retargeting, site optimization, A/B and multivariate testing, mobile marketing, and user experience is a plus.
- Experience developing and producing content campaigns.
- Experience executing an ongoing social media strategy across multiple platforms, successfully demonstrating growth, reach, and engagement.
