JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a Product Director ready to lead secure, scalable entitlements and permissions for JPMorganChase’s next-gen digital platform? If so, you've found the right team!

As a Product Director, Entitlements & Permissions on JPMorganChase’s modern digital banking platform for innovation economy and emerging middle market clients, you will own the product vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution of access management capabilities—including roles, permissions, approval workflows, and administrative experiences—while leading a team of Product Managers and partnering with Design, Technology, and Control functions to deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive solutions in a complex, highly regulated environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product ownership for Entitlements & Permissions, including role-based access control (RBAC), approval workflows, administrative tooling, and self-service capabilities.
  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating objectives into measurable outcomes, milestones, and delivery plans.
  • Partner with Design and Technology teams to build solutions that are secure, resilient, scalable, and user-centric.
  • Collaborate with risk and control partners (Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, Operational Risk, Audit) to ensure strong governance, controls, and policy alignment across the product lifecycle.
  • Own backlog prioritization and execution across the Entitlements product suite, ensuring clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and trade-offs to senior leadership through clear, data-driven narratives.
  • Leverage data and emerging technologies responsibly to inform decision-making, measure performance, and enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and coach Product Managers while fostering high-performing, agile, cross-functional teams.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Significant experience in product management leadership within Financial Services, with end-to-end ownership from strategy through delivery and lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to lead in matrixed organizations and influence outcomes across senior stakeholders.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive alignment.
  • Demonstrated experience in data-driven product management, including KPI definition, analytics, and iterative delivery.
  • Proficiency with Jira and agile delivery practices.
  • Highly organized with strong execution discipline and attention to detail in complex programs.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent).
  • Experience in startups and/or fintech environments, particularly in platform, identity/access management, or administrative tooling domains.
  • Working knowledge of software engineering principles and design fundamentals to enable effective partnership with technical and design teams.
