In this role, a typical day will include:- Lead design projects from concept to completion
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices
- Conduct advanced user research and usability testing
- Develop and refine design systems and style guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs.
- Assoc.+9 yrs.; M.S.+2 yrs.; PhD+0 yrs.)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- 5 Years of Relevant Experience
