As a Digital Product Analytics Senior Associate in the Small Business Onboarding and Acquisition Product team, you will help us measure, monitor, and improve digital acquisition and onboarding experiences. You will build reliable instrumentation and performance views across journeys, pages, and funnels to identify friction and unlock growth. You will translate analysis and experimentation results into clear recommendations that guide prioritization and roadmap decisions. You will partner closely with product, marketing, and operations to improve customer outcomes across digital, phone, and branch channels.

Job responsibilities
  • Ensure pages, events, and end-to-end journeys are correctly instrumented and data flows accurately from capture to reporting.
  • Create, own, and continuously optimize performance and experience alerts to detect issues within hours.
  • Establish monitoring routines and dashboards that surface actionable signals and reduce time-to-detection.
  • Build funnel and page performance views to diagnose drivers of conversion, engagement, click-through, and drop-off.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses on offer pages and marketing performance to explain what happened, why it happened, and what to do next.
  • Read and interpret experiment results, including conversion performance and downstream quality considerations.
  • Translate test outcomes into clear recommendations and a prioritized set of next hypotheses.
  • Develop customer journey insights that explain navigation patterns and key decision points across channels.
  • Identify friction points and opportunities, supporting prioritization as products evolve.
  • Communicate findings and recommended actions to technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence decisions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of analytics experience supporting digital products, digital acquisition funnels, or customer journeys.
  • Ability to interpret experimentation results (A/B/n testing), including understanding tradeoffs between conversion and quality and that translate into decisions, learnings, and a prioritized pipeline of next improvements.
  • Experience with web or application analytics, experimentation platforms, and business intelligence or dashboarding tools (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Snowflake).
  • Proficient using SQL to query and validate data for analysis and reporting and Python for analysis, automation, or data exploration.
  • Competent working across channels (digital, phone, and in-person) to translate customer behavior into improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience building measurement, instrumentation, and ongoing performance monitoring for digital journeys.
  • Ability to create alerting and operational routines that enable rapid detection and diagnosis of issues.
  • Comfortable interpreting controlled experiment results and explain tradeoffs between conversion outcomes and downstream quality.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with a track record of turning ambiguous questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to influence decisions with clear storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Ability to give stakeholders clear, trusted views of funnel health (conversion, CTR, drop-off) with fast root-cause insights.
  • Experience supporting onboarding or account opening experiences in a regulated industry.
  • Experience partnering with marketing teams on acquisition measurement and performance optimization.
  • Experience defining and tracking objectives and key results for digital product performance.
