Full Job Description

The Digital Partnerships Manager helps lead the strategy, execution, and performance management of 7-Eleven's emerging digital partnership ecosystem. The role manages external partners and internal cross-functional workstreams across marketplace delivery, agentic commerce, loyalty and member value, digital integrations, payment and identity rails, and partner-funded growth. The manager translates partnership opportunities into clear business cases, operating plans, scorecards, and launch plans that improve customer reach, order growth, Gold Pass and member engagement, and measurable partner value. The ideal candidate combines commercial partnership instincts, analytical discipline, technical fluency, and executive-ready communication to move opportunities from idea to execution in a fast-changing digital commerce environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

•  Digital Partnership Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities that expand digital demand, improve customer access, deepen member engagement, or unlock partner-funded growth.

•  Partner Management: Own day-to-day management of assigned strategic partners, including governance routines, business reviews, issue resolution, performance tracking, and growth planning.

•  Agentic Commerce and New Digital Channels: Support partnerships and operating models across emerging AI, search, marketplace, catalog, and checkout surfaces where customers discover and buy through digital agents.

•  Marketplace and Delivery Enablement: Work with marketplace, last-mile, restaurant technology, and digital platform partners to improve integration performance, order flow, service quality, and customer experience.

•  Loyalty and Growth Programs: Develop partner-funded concepts that support Gold Pass, 7NOW, 7Rewards and 7Cash, subscription benefits, digital offers, and member acquisition and retention.

•  Analytics and Scorecards: Build and maintain partner scorecards that track sales, traffic, conversion, order volume, promotional impact, operational performance, and partner ROI.

•  Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate Product, Technology, Marketing, Loyalty, Merchandising, Operations, Finance, Legal, Analytics, and partner teams to move opportunities through intake, approval, launch, optimization, and scale.

•  Commercial Execution: Support negotiations, term-sheet development, renewal planning, financial analysis, and executive-ready recommendations.

•  Operating Discipline: Create project plans, ownership maps, meeting cadences, launch checklists, and escalation paths that keep partnership work moving with urgency and accountability.

•  Executive Communication: Prepare concise updates, business cases, and decision materials for senior leadership and partner executives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 7+ years

YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: 3+ years

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: None required. Project management, analytics, product, or negotiation training preferred.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

•  Strategic Partnership Management: Shape partner strategy, manage external relationships, and translate opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

•  Digital Commerce Fluency: Working knowledge of marketplace platforms, delivery ecosystems, loyalty and member programs, digital offers, catalog feeds, checkout flows, APIs, and emerging AI commerce channels.

•  Commercial and Financial Acumen: Build business cases, evaluate partner economics, read performance data, and make recommendations tied to growth, margin, customer experience, and ROI.

•  Analytics and Performance Management: Define KPIs, analyze trends, build scorecards, and convert insights into clear actions.

•  Cross-Functional Execution: Drive alignment across Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Analytics, and external partners.

•  Communication and Executive Presence: Communicate clearly in writing and verbally; simplify complex topics and prepare leadership-ready materials.

•  Negotiation and Influence: Influence without direct authority, lead partner discussions, resolve tradeoffs, and escalate with sound judgment.

•  Bias for Action: Operate with urgency, ownership, and structure while navigating ambiguity.
