Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Digital Media Specialist to manage and execute our digital marketing programs. This role is primarily operational - owning our marcom assets, running campaigns, and keeping our digital presence consistent and effective. Creative input is welcomed, but the emphasis is on strategy and execution.
Responsibilities- Build and manage drip campaigns and CRM workflows in HubSpot
- Identify and target relevant markets and demographics
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports; translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Maintain and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and others)
- Produce internal communications and contribute to client-facing creative as needed
- Manage digital media assets in SharePoint
- Collaborate with Loan Officers on marketing initiatives and materials
- Stay current on emerging platforms, tools, and trends in the digital media landscape and bring relevant insights to the team
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the marketing department
Required Qualifications- Demonstrated HubSpot and CRM experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience developing and executing drip campaigns
- Strong written communication skills
- Organized approach to media asset management
- Comfortable working in a Mac environment
- Fluency with AI tools, without over-reliance on them
Preferred- Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., 360Learning)
- Experience in mortgage, banking, or other financial services
