Overview

The Digital Marketing Product Manager will support Frontwave Credit Union’s overall digital marketing strategy to increase performance and optimize digital marketing efforts to keep Frontwave Credit Union top-of-mind through digital communication, member advocacy, and lead generation strategies. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day upkeep of the website, marketing emails and journey automation, digital content marketing (PPC), search engine optimization efforts, direct response programs, digital reputation management, (social media marketing and analytics), and digital/social applications. 

 

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following non-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. All duties are to be performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Credit Union policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for website and social media applications, design/user experience, and involvement in integrated marketing/online advertising campaigns
  • Manages and improves company websites, online user experience, and third-party website integration for member delight, ease of use and discovery
  • Develop and manage execution of SEO/SEM campaigns to successfully increase the company’s visibility in search engine results, targeted/timely product offers, and maximize ROI
  • Manage all email marketing, leveraging campaigns, promotions, journeys, blogs, and events/sponsorships for member/consumer advocacy
  • Identify digital marketing opportunities utilizing marketing assets, campaigns, promotions with an affinity to drive sales
  • Manage and monitor digital listening for the credit union and integrate into monthly/quarterly reports, marketing campaigns, organizational insights, and problem resolution processes
  • Evaluate competitors, trends, and web traffic analytics and implement channel enhancements and programs aimed at increasing member engagement, member experiences, and member advocacy
  • Manage and report on the performance of key digital marketing, email and direct response campaigns; identifying trends and insights against KPIs
  • Development and implementation of digital marketing KPIs and ROI
  • Ensure all digital applications meet compliance requirements, including disclosure information
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:        Bachelor’s degree in related field, including Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, Web Design, or relevant equivalent experience. Five to seven years of digital marketing experience including email automation, Google Analytics, social media, and website management. 

 

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:                   

Computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, basic understanding of HTML, and the ability to learn new software and social media/digital programs/applications.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Zag, GA4 and Hubspot preferred.

Knowledge of both the creative and analytical side of marketing.

Accurate timeline, project and budget management skills. Familiarity with vendor and outsources resource management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to rigid timelines on multiple projects.

 

Salary Range: $92,699.78 - $139,049.66
