Legal marketing experience is a plus, but not required.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help drive growth for our clients through data-driven paid media strategies.

The ideal candidate has agency experience, a strong background in B2C lead generation, and a proven track record managing large advertising budgets. They are comfortable analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and turning insights into action.

Meta Ads experience is required. Experience with legal marketing or personal injury campaigns is a plus.

What You'll Do

Support Paid Media Strategy
  • Partner with the Personal Injury Paid Media team to develop and execute strong campaign strategies for law firm clients.
  • Advise creative strategy including A/B testing in images, copy, landing pages, videos, etc.
  • Review paid search and paid social performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Guide recommendations around budgets, targeting, landing pages, and lead quality.
  • Identify, strategize, and execute to improve lead volume, signed case volume, and acquisition costs.

Build Proposal Decks and Strategy Materials
  • Create proposal decks for prospective and current law firm clients.
  • Develop simple, clear strategy recommendations that explain opportunities, budgets, KPIs, and next steps.
  • Turn marketing ideas and performance data into client-ready slides.
  • Support leadership with strategic client presentations and new business opportunities.

Analyze Data and Identify Trends
  • Review campaign, lead, and intake data to understand performance.
  • Analyze key metrics like CPL, CPA, lead quality, conversion rates, and signed cases.
  • Identify what is working, what is not, and what should be tested next.
  • Share actionable recommendations with internal teams and clients.

Support Client Growth Strategy
  • Support law firm clients by developing and executing paid media strategies that drive lead generation and business growth.
  • Understand client goals, market dynamics, and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed on trends in legal marketing, paid media, and client acquisition.
  • Help position the agency as a strategic growth partner through thoughtful recommendations, strong communication, and measurable results.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing strategy, or agency-side client strategy
  • Experience leading paid marketing initiatives for B2C lead generation campaigns
  • Proven experience managing large advertising budgets and optimizing performance against business objectives and lead generation goals
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
  • Experience developing and executing full-funnel paid media strategies
  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, attribution, and performance measurement
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and turning insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience building client-facing strategy presentations, proposal decks, or marketing plans
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with law firms, legal marketing agencies, or personal injury clients
  • Experience with Google Ads
  • Familiarity with legal advertising compliance
  • Experience managing or mentoring marketing team members
  • Familiarity with platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, PowerBI, Domo, Salesforce (Litify), HubSpot, Lead Docket, Filevine, Smart Advocate, LSAs, and similar marketing technology platforms
  • Experience supporting high-growth organizations or performance-driven marketing teams
