Who You Are

You are an experienced digital marketer with a strong foundation in campaign execution, digital marketing operations, and performance optimization. You enjoy translating marketing strategies into well-executed campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

You are highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. You work collaboratively across Marketing, Product, Creative, Revenue, and Operations teams to execute marketing programs, continuously improve campaign performance, and deliver measurable business results.

You bring strong expertise across digital campaigns, marketing workflows, analytics, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and performance optimization. You are equally comfortable working at the strategic level and getting into the details when needed to ensure high-quality execution.

What You'll Be Doing

Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Ownership
  • Own the execution plan and optimization of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to plan and implement campaign strategies and execution plans.
  • Support campaign planning by contributing ideas, customer insights, and performance recommendations.
  • Assist in defining campaign objectives, audience targeting, messaging, and execution timelines.

Performance Marketing & Analytics
  • Own campaign performance across key marketing KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Partner with Data and Analytics teams to develop reporting and performance dashboards.
  • Present campaign insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.

Marketing Workflow & Operational Excellence
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of marketing workflows.
  • Identify process improvements that increase campaign efficiency and execution quality.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to improve campaign execution and reporting processes.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, Revenue, Customer Success, Marketing Operations, and Analytics teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Lead coordination of cross-functional activities to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
  • Establish a system and cadence to communicate campaign status, dependencies, and results to key stakeholders.

SEO & Organic Growth
  • Execute SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO improvements, and performance monitoring.
  • Partner with Content and Web teams to improve organic search visibility.

Customer & Lifecycle Marketing
  • Support lifecycle marketing initiatives that improve customer engagement, onboarding, adoption, and retention.
  • Use customer insights and behavioral data to optimize marketing campaigns and customer communications.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and AI capabilities.
  • Recommend new ideas and optimization opportunities that improve campaign performance and customer experience.
  • Share learnings and best practices within the Marketing team.

What You'll Bring

Experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and executing complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of improving campaign performance, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven optimization.
  • Strong experience with performance marketing, campaign analytics, marketing automation, CRM platforms, and customer journey optimization.
  • Experience developing and executing SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and organic performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional marketing initiatives by partnering effectively with Marketing, Product, Revenue, Creative, Operations, and Analytics teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS or technology environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4), marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and project management platforms.
  • Solid understanding of attribution models, funnel performance, conversion optimization, customer segmentation, and campaign measurement.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions through data, insights, and well-supported recommendations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
