Description & RequirementsAbout the RoleThis Digital End User Services role delivers high-quality support to end users and white-glove VIP support at assigned HARMAN locations. This role serves as the local technology ambassador, ensuring a seamless, secure, and modern digital workplace experience while acting as onsite hands-and-feet support for centralized IT tower teams.
What You Will Do- Provide high-touch End User Services (EUS) support for onsite and remote users, including executives and VIPs
- Resolve incidents and service requests related to desktops, laptops, peripherals, collaboration tools, and Microsoft 365
- Deliver white-glove VIP support with professionalism, discretion, and adherence to ITIL processes
- Serve as onsite hands-and-feet support for centralized IT teams, performing physical tasks under remote guidance
- Troubleshoot complex EUS issues using strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, networking, DNS, and DHCP
- Partner with Corporate IT to support site initiatives, technology refreshes, and operational improvements
What You Need to Be Successful- 5-8 years of experience in end-user computing, desktop support, or site IT support roles
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including Office applications and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with endpoint management and OS deployment tools such as Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) and Intune
- MDM experience supporting iOS and Android devices, including enrollment, policy enforcement, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, for effective EUS troubleshooting
- Experience supporting executive or C-level users.
Bonus Points if You Have - ITIL certification or formal IT service management training
- Experience supporting manufacturing, R&D, or corporate campus environments
- Familiarity with conference room and collaboration hardware
- Experience working in a globally distributed enterprise IT environment

Pay Transparency
$ 125,250 - $ 183,700
Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.
Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
