Opportunity Overview

Edward Jones is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to own and evolve our advisor digital toolkit and associated pilot programs. This is a platform-oriented role that is critical in helping advisors confidently and compliantly show up in the market through scalable content, clear guidance, strong partnerships, and data-driven insights. You won't just manage existing programs; you'll develop deep expertise across a range of digital tools, identify where adoption is falling short, and build the strategies, processes and timelines that drive meaningful measurable growth.
Own advisor digital tools & pilot programs
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, execution and evolution of advisor digital programs including platforms such as Yext/Hearsay, Canva, LinkedIn, and additional pilot initiatives designed to test, learn and scale new capabilities.
  • Act as the primary owner of all advisor digital platforms and tools, with accountability for platform strategy, governance, adoption metrics and continuous performance improvement across each channel.
  • Own the Canva advisor program end-to-end including advisor onboarding, training, material refresh and ongoing governance. Build a comprehensive library of customizable online and offline marketing assets advisors can activate independently
  • Define the positioning and unique value of each digital tool in the advisor toolkit including Yext/Hearsay and Canva, ensuring advisors understand what each program is designed to do, when to use it and how it complements other available channels.
Advocate for advisors and influence policy
  • Serve as a field-facing subject matter expert on advisor advertising and social media policies - translating complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance advisors can easily understand and apply.
  • Partner closely with Compliance to advocate for advisors, evolve policies and unlock new program opportunities while maintaining regulatory integrity.
  • Build compliance into platform governance from the outset, designing programs that scale without reactive rework or approval delays.
Build, manage & scale programs
  • Apply strong project management discipline across all initiatives - building clear project plans, setting expectations, defining milestones and managing timelines to keep multiple concurrent programs on track.
  • Establish repeatable processes and governance frameworks for each program area so that programs can sustain and scale independently, reducing the need for ongoing centralized management.
  • Manage vendor, agency and technology platform relationships
  • Apply a test-and-learn mindset, using pilots, experimentation and data to continuously improve advisor outcomes and inform scaling decisions.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital content and advisor or field-enablement programs - with the ability to manage multiple tools and channels simultaneously.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments, with working knowledge of advertising policies, compliance review processes and allowable marketing activities (financial services strongly preferred).
  • Technical proficiency across a range of digital marketing and design platforms, including social publishing and profile management tools (e.g., Yext/Hearsay) and creative design platforms (e.g., Canva) - with the ability to confidently own and evolve multiple tools simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills - able to build project plans, define milestones, manage timelines and hold stakeholders accountable across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Ability to establish repeatable processes and governance frameworks that sustain programs at scale without ongoing centralized management.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience working with dashboards, KPIs and performance reporting tools.
  • Strong vendor and agency management skills - able to write clear briefs, manage relationships and hold external partners accountable to quality and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels, including the ability to translate complex policies and platform strategies into clear, practical guidance for the field and senior leadership.

Position Requirements

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, advisor enablement, client experience or related roles - preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.
