Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end Solutions design for Oracle PPM, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.
- Lead workshop with business stakeholders to translate requirements info future-state designs.
- Hands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Projects, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery.
- Partner with clients to design future-state business process and functional solution design.
- Execute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training/end-user support.
- Partner with technical teams to guide design and testing of conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions.
- Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.
- Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations.
Qualifications- 5+ years of Oracle PPM experience with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Hands-on experience designing solutions across PPM processes and modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are a plus.
- Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus.
- Oracle Cloud Labor Distribution experience is a plus.
- Experience in the healthcare or higher education industries is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.
The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - 170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166,750 - $212,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
